DaVinciMeetingRooms.space operates solely as an online booking intermediary. We facilitate the connection between Customers and independent Venue Partners that provide:
- Meeting rooms
- Office spaces
- Coworking spaces
- Business and professional facilities
We do not:
- Own, lease, manage, or operate any physical venues
- Supervise venue staff or on-site operations
- Guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of any venue
A booking made through the Platform creates a direct contractual relationship between you and the Venue Partner. Our role is limited to facilitating the booking and payment process.
4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
By using the Website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You will use the Platform for lawful purposes only
- You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Website’s functionality
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Booking Process
5.1 Making a Booking
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- Full payment has been successfully processed, and
- A booking confirmation email has been sent to the email address provided during checkout
The confirmation email serves as proof of your reservation and must be presented to the Venue Partner upon request.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect details supplied by you.
6. Pricing and Availability
- Prices displayed on the Website are set by Venue Partners
- Prices may vary based on location, date, duration, capacity, and availability
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing or availability errors
- Cancel bookings affected by obvious errors, in which case a full refund will be issued
7. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method
- All payment information provided is accurate and complete
DaVinciMeetingRooms.space does not store full card details and is not responsible for payment provider errors, delays, or outages.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
General Policy:
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time
- No refund for no-shows
Venue Partners may impose stricter cancellation or refund terms, which will be disclosed at checkout and will take precedence where applicable.
9. Changes to Bookings
Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
To make changes:
- The original booking must be cancelled (subject to the applicable cancellation policy)
- A new booking must be made
10. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the booked venue in a lawful, safe, and respectful manner
- Comply with all venue-specific rules, policies, and instructions
- Ensure that all attendees adhere to venue regulations
- Be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by you or your guests
Any additional charges imposed by the Venue Partner due to misuse or damage are your sole responsibility.
11. Venue Partner Responsibilities
Venue Partners are solely responsible for:
- The condition, safety, and suitability of their facilities
- Compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations
- Delivery of services as described in the listing
DaVinciMeetingRooms.space is not liable for:
- Venue conditions or service quality
- Acts, omissions, or conduct of Venue Partners or their staff
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaVinciMeetingRooms.space shall not be liable for:
- Venue cancellations, overbookings, or service failures
- Personal injury, property damage, or losses occurring at a venue
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data
- Travel, accommodation, or related expenses
Our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Acts of government or regulatory authorities
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Utility or internet outages
- Transportation disruptions
14. Third-Party Services and Links
